DESIGN

FABRICATION

At first contact, we will discuss your space, functional needs, aesthetic vision, and the investment you are looking to make. Once we understand your goals and unique requirements, we can provide you with a rough estimate. When you are ready to proceed, we will enter into a design agreement and schedule an on site consultation to measure your space, confirm site conditons, and review the project goals and vision.

Upon receipt of a signed Design Agreement and Retainer, we leverage our decades of woodworking expertise to design a bespoke solution just for you. We use Virtual 3-D models and renderings, as well as traditional plans and elevations to present our designs for review. We discuss concepts and options with you in detail, value engineer as needed, and fine tune the Proposal. When you are comfortable with the concept, features and investment, we will be ready to schedule production.

We precision craft our own millwork in our local, state-of-the-art shop in Northern Virginia. Upon your approval of the Design, we request a 50% deposit to begin fabrication of your custom cabinetry. We don't order or cut a single piece of material before this point. Depending on the project scope and our current production schedule, fabrication can typically take as few as 3 weeks to as long as 8 weeks*. Most projects deliver within 4-6 weeks. Expedited scheduling is available, if your project requires it, and is addressed on a case by case basis. *Supply chain issues and other external conditions may extend lead times.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

We deliver your cabinets in our vehicles when we are installing your project. All work will be performed by our employees, and you will receive a limited lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship.

In the case that a third party is utilized to install your cabinets, we provide curb-side delivery and 5 year warranty on craftsmanship and materials. We can provide supervision or site management for a fee. 

When required, we can ship or also allow pick up from our shop. 

Installation time depends on the size and scope of your project.
